The revenue and growth layer for a photographer platform — and the operating system that keeps it legible.

The thesis

Pass Gallery is built on top of Pic-Time's gallery and print-store infrastructure, and that division is the whole point: Pass deliberately doesn't own the core hosting tech — it owns the growth layer. CRM and lifecycle marketing, automations, print-store optimization, community and education programs, brand, pricing. The clean separation — they host, Pass grows — is the thesis.

What I do here

I'm the business-operations engineer, working as de facto general-manager / chief-of-staff. My real job is connective tissue: the teams are siloed across HubSpot, Notion, Slack, and Gmail, and I synthesize across all of them to give leadership one consolidated operating picture. Concretely that's a multi-phase HubSpot data-integrity cleanup, lead-generation scrapers, messaging automation flows, QA on platform feature rollouts, seasonal campaigns, and a strategic assessment I authored proposing an observability layer for the business.

What's built

Where it stands

A live business with a large customer base. My mandate is being formalized toward a general business-operations role; the foundational data and automation work is in progress, and the company is positioned for a potential sale.
